Y’all. I’ve taken thousands of pictures of my kids over the years. Mostly candid shots that include silly faces, mismatched clothes, and a dog. I love them all. The walls around our home hold these treasures that daily remind me of why I love this most fulfilling and exhausting job of being a mother. But sometimes you just need to pick a day, make sure everyone has something nice to wear and call your friend, who makes a family photo session feel like fellowship. Yep. That’s what we did. Here are just a few of the results a.k.a showin’ off my people:
Don’t you just love these! My people are growing up fast. (I guess they’re kinda grown, huh?) I’m so thankful to have these photos to cherish but if not a nary photo (“nary” rhymes with “scary”–it means not a single one–my mawmaw used that word!) had been saved, my heart could never forget this ordinary day.
Fellowship:

Yep. That’s what we had. Fellowship.
Kevin, our photographer on this day, is a godly husband and father, amazing worship leader, and friend. We are so thankful for the way you use your talent to glorify God and bless others.
‘Cause this is what I usually get:
Need I say more?
A beautiful family, inside and out. And Kevin is pretty good with the camera. ☺️
Thank you, Sarah. And Yes he is!!
