Are you an over-thinker who sometimes feels insignificant and ordinary?
Are you weary and overwhelmed by your daily, mundane tasks?
Are you in a season of waiting—wondering when (or even if) the big, important work will come?
Do you long to make a difference and make the most of this one life?
Do you want to live with purpose and for the glory of God?
If you answered “Yes” to any or all of these questions, you’re in the right place!
Welcome! I’m really glad you’re here.
I’m Stacy—wife, mother, teacher, writer, and most importantly, Christ-follower.
Why “Ordinary Days, Extraordinary Life”?
For years I longed to find my purpose and escape what felt like an insignificant, ordinary life.
I wanted to do great things for God and for most of my life I lived as if it were all up to me.
I wanted to be done with the insignificant and ordinary and get on to bigger, more important work.
Somewhere along the way, God helped me see that because He is present in every ordinary day the mundane becomes sacred when I walk in obedience to Him.
The mundane becomes sacred.
The big tasks and the small—He cares about them all—because He cares for you and me.
We love and are loved by an extraordinary God. All we have to do is be obedient.
I’d be honored to be your friend and guide, helping you discover the beauty and blessing of ordinary faithfulness and embrace your one extraordinary life.
I love to share about homemaking, thrift store finds, DIY projects, family adventures, books I’m reading, and life after 50.
